Chalo Ghumi - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
There is no contract between Chalo Ghumi and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount for the specified tour package.
If the customer wishes to cancel their booking more than 15 days before the travel date for any reason whatsoever—including accident, illness, or other personal circumstances—cancellation charges will apply as per the booking terms.
Processing Time:
Refunds (if applicable) will take a minimum of 15 to 45 days to process.
Non-Utilization of Services:
Please note that no refund will be provided if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the included services such as hotel stays, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, or any other components of the package for any reason whatsoever.
Mode of Refunds:
Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the client for bookings made directly with the company. Refunds may be processed via NEFT, RTGS, crossed cheque, or credit card reversal at the discretion of Chalo Ghumi. It will take at least 45 days to process refunds.
Unutilized Services:
No refund will be issued for any unutilized services (for example: meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, sightseeing, etc.) under any circumstances.
Refund Method:
For services booked in advance and cancelled as per the applicable booking policy, refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment used for the booking, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and any actual bank transaction fees. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in the customer’s account.
